Refund Policy for IELTS Nijat.

At IELTS Nijat, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services to our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a student is not satisfied with their course or service. In such cases, we offer the following refund policy.

Courses and Services

If a student is not satisfied with their classroom course or service in which he participated, they may request a refund within 3 working days of the purchase date. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 10 % processing fee that may cover PayPal or other fees.

In order to request a refund, the student must contact IELTS Nijat at support@ieltsnijat.com.  We will review the request and issue a refund if it is deemed appropriate.

Online Courses and Materials

For online courses and materials, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. This is because the student has immediate access to the course materials and can start learning right away.

Live Events and Workshops.

For live events and workshops, we offer a 75 % refund if the student cancels their registration 3 days or more before the event. If the student cancels less than 3 days before the event, no refund will be granted.

In case of a cancellation, the student must contact IELTS Nijat at support@ieltsnijat.com.
